Connecting your commercial washing machines, tumble dryers and dishwashers to the Internet opens up new ways of improving the convenience, quality and safety of your home. This leaves more time to focus on the things that really matter.
(Important: Take note of which Internet-enabled models the app is suitable for!)
The MielePro@mobile app allows you to access all of your network-enabled Miele commercial washing machines, tumble dryers and dishwashers quickly and easily with a smartphone or tablet. You can, for example, call up status information and select functions at any times. It therefore represents an ideal solution for operators and on-site technicians in offices, agencies, care and nursing homes and child-care facilities.
Information on the selected programme, selected additional functions and the programme countdown time are displayed. The app provides information, for example, on how long a washing or dishwasher cycle has left to run. It also reminds the user when intervention is required – for instance, when the dishwasher’s filter needs cleaning or rinse aid needs replenishing. Users also have the opportunity to conveniently order detergent, rinse aid and salt from the Miele shop. This way, you will never be without detergent and there will be no need for a visit to the supermarket.
Important information on use:
The use of this app is conditional on the availability of Internet-enabled Miele ProfiLine dishwashers (PG 8130, PG 8131, PG 8132 and PG 8133), commercial washing machines (PWM 906, PWM 907, PWM 908) or tumble dryers (PDR 908) from the Performance Plus range. The app is not suitable for use on other models.
This app cannot be used in conjunction with web-enabled Miele domestic appliances. We recommend the Miele@mobile app for use in a domestic setting.
